Mental Health

For a very long time i have suffered from extreme social anxiety and depression, which meant i have to take many types of medication daily. These medications have lead to weight gain which makes things even worse. Gel Ball has helped me meet new people and has helped with my mental health so much that i am slowly reducing the medication that I take, with zero ill effects and at the same time I am in the sun getting much needed exercise. It’s like the Mens Shed but you get to run around shooting each other 🙂 I also enjoy working on and customizing gel blasters as well as seeing what other players have done to their blasters and equipment. It’s such a great environment no matter what your age, race or sex. Everybody is very friendly, supportive and willing to lend a hand if you’re having mechanical problems or other issues.
