Help for YOU
The sudden and brutal BAN on gelball in WA has hit us all very hard.
Some of you are finding yourselves without a much-needed outlet, some of you are completely missing out on a vital aspect of your mental health. Some just miss their mates!
It doesn’t matter what’s going on, we know that it’s VERY important that we have someone to talk to.
Sometimes you don’t want to feel like you’re “bothering” your mates, or you don’t feel like it’s worth “reaching out” to others.
Regardless, if you’re down, we urge you to just pick up the phone and make a call. Even if (especially if) you don’t think you’re “that bad” or anything like that.
Just find a number and ring it, they’re good and they’re there to help.
